How we work

The 80/20 rule, applied with discipline

A small share of options, clients and decisions creates most of the value. We find that share and put our time and capital there.

Pareto principle: 20 % of the effort generates 80 % of the results

  1. Map

    List every relevant option, customer, cost and risk.

  2. Measure and rank

    Score each one against explicit criteria and order them by expected impact.

  3. Focus

    Pick the 20 % that explains 80 % of the value and resource it properly.

  4. Validate and review

    Test the assumptions before investing, then re-rank as new data arrives.

80/20 is a rule of thumb, not an exact law. We measure the real split case by case.
